Timber house on screw foundations
Platform on steel screw foundations for a timber house. Mountain terrain, no concrete, installed mechanically and handed over the same day.

HEA structure on screw foundations
On a mountaintop, where a classic concrete foundation would have been almost impossible to build, Martetic completed the foundation for the steel structure in a single day. The foundation screws allowed fast work, without extensive digging, without concrete and with minimal impact on the ground.
Hybrid foundation for a site with limited access
For a site where excavation to the required depth was not possible, we carried out a hybrid solution made of foundation screws integrated into locally built reinforced-concrete pile caps. The solution was adapted to the confined space, the existing drainage installations and the commercial activity taking place nearby.
Foundation for a modular container, Giurgiu
We built a screw foundation for a modular container in Giurgiu. The work included preparing the foundation points, installing the screws and positioning the container, without extensive digging and without waiting for concrete to cure. The execution had to be synchronised with the time set for the container delivery.
Foundation for a sound-absorbing fence, 8 metres high
We built the screw foundation for a sound-absorbing fence located in a commercial area where activity had to continue throughout the works. The working space was very restricted, and underground there were sewer, drainage, water supply and electrical networks.
Foundations for three modular houses, Provița de Sus
In Provița de Sus we installed the screw foundations for three modular houses on previously terraced sloping ground. Around 100 foundation points were positioned, aligned and installed in a single day, according to the configuration of each unit.
Temporary lighting, Tineretului Park, Bucharest
In Tineretului Park in Bucharest we built the foundations for a temporary lighting system made of 12-metre steel poles. The system was installed for a construction site and was to be used for about a year, with the option of dismantling it after the works were completed. We designed and manufactured dedicated steel connection plates for this installation.
Screw foundation for a ground-floor-plus-attic SIP house on a HEA structure, Bușteni
In Bușteni we built the screw foundation for a steel platform made of HEA profiles, intended for a ground-floor-plus-attic house manufactured by SIPROM. To adapt to the ground conditions and the levels required for the platform, we used 52 M89 foundation screws, in lengths of 1,500 mm and 2,000 mm.
Screw foundation for three shipping containers and a terrace, Cernica
We built the screw foundation for three shipping containers converted into holiday living spaces, connected by a shared terrace, in Cernica, Ilfov County. To adapt the foundation to the layout of the complex and the levels required, we used 44 M89 foundation screws, in lengths of 1,500 mm and 2,000 mm.
Screw foundations for three modular buildings, Provița de Jos
We built the screw foundations for three modular buildings that will be constructed on a timber structure, in Provița de Jos. The site is on top of a hill, in an area with soft ground, which is why we used 92 M89 foundation screws, 2,000 mm long, to obtain a stable and correctly levelled base for all three buildings.
