Our experience began in 2021, through suruburifundatie.ro, and includes hundreds of completed projects and thousands of foundation screws installed. We work with our own professional equipment and have our headquarters and warehouse in Bragadiru, Ilfov.

Why Martetic
Experience in steel screw foundations, since 2021
Our activity in the field of screw foundations began in Romania in 2021, through suruburifundatie.ro, and continues today under the MARTETIC brand. We have completed hundreds of projects and installed thousands of foundation screws for modular houses, containers, terraces, steel structures, posts and technical equipment.
We have our own professional installation equipment, hydraulic and electric, which we choose according to the foundation configuration and the access to the site. The experience from execution helps us assess the installation conditions, the connections with the structure and the checks required for each job.
We are the exclusive representative in Romania of the factory that manufactures the screw foundation systems we sell. The direct relationship with the manufacturer allows us to supply standard models, special configurations and the related technical documentation for the products.
From our headquarters and warehouse in Bragadiru, Ilfov, we coordinate product supply and installation works across Romania. We can deliver the screws for installation by the client’s own team, or we can include the installation and the testing set for the project.

Timber house on screw foundations

HEA structure on screw foundations
On a mountaintop, where a classic concrete foundation would have been almost impossible to build, Martetic completed the foundation for the steel structure in a single day. The foundation screws allowed fast work, without extensive digging, without concrete and with minimal impact on the ground.
Hybrid foundation for a site with limited access
For a site where excavation to the required depth was not possible, we carried out a hybrid solution made of foundation screws integrated into locally built reinforced-concrete pile caps. The solution was adapted to the confined space, the existing drainage installations and the commercial activity taking place nearby.
Foundation for a modular container, Giurgiu
We built a screw foundation for a modular container in Giurgiu. The work included preparing the foundation points, installing the screws and positioning the container, without extensive digging and without waiting for concrete to cure. The execution had to be synchronised with the time set for the container delivery.
